To ensure a smooth delivery process and avoid delays, please INCLUDE YOUR FULL ADDRESS and POSTAL CODE
Whilst we endeavour to meet all dispatch & delivery timeframes, we cannot be held liable for any direct or consequential loss arising from late delivery or an incomplete delivery address
Orders confirmed and paid for before 2pm Monday to Friday
Normal dispatch is on the same business day
and delivered overnight to main New Zealand centres (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Orders confirmed and paid for AFTER 2pm Monday - Friday
Usually dispatched on the next business day.
Estimated delivery times
Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery to allow for any unforeseen delays
and an extra 1 to 3 working days for delivery to rural addresses.
Tracking details
You should receive an email message advising that your goods have been shipped
together with a copy of the GST invoice and the tracking number.
If you do not see such an email, please check your spam folder.
Delays can occur during peak times such as Christmas
and long weekends, please be patient.
Shipping
Our main shippers are New Zealand Couriers. You may find that in their computerised system your address has been altered slightly. This is because they are using GPS, not postal codes, to accurately guide the delivery driver to your place.
If a customer is not present for a delivery, the relevant carrier may leave the goods at the delivery address at the owner’s risk unless we have been instructed otherwise. Customers refusing to accept delivery of their goods may be charged for additional expenses incurred. This includes (but is not limited to) transport charges and storage.
Pick up from the MGG warehouse is now possible again unless lockdowns are re-introduced.
To cope with our expanding on-line nationwide business, MGG Products have moved to larger warehouse premises at 2 General Gates Avenue, Kerikeri 0230, New Zealand. Doors will be open for pick-up only on weekdays 9.30am to 4pm
