MGG terms & conditions
Change of mind
At MGG Products we
like all our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. We offer the
opportunity to return any product within 14-days from the date of
delivery. The item must be returned
unused, in re-saleable condition and contain all originally provided parts &
packaging. We will provide a full refund
of the product purchase price, which excludes freight, once the goods are
received back and inspected by us.
Damaged or
missing goods
If you have received your purchase and it was damaged in transit, or
there were items missing from your package, please inform us within 7-days from
the date of receipt of the goods. We may
require time to investigate matters with the carriers and may request
photographic evidence to assist with our investigation.
MGG limited warranty
In addition to
your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (1993), all MGG products are
provided with a 1-year warranty or a 2-year MGG New Zealand warranty (if specified on
our website).
Events which ARE
COVERED under the warranty
1. Any defect or
damage which is a result of the manufacturing process
2. If the product ceases to function during the warranty period which is not
the result of improper use
Events which are NOT
COVERED under the warranty
1. Products come
with comprehensive instructions. We
expect all customers to read the product instructions fully before first
use. The aim is to minimise damage and
faults arising as a consequence of inappropriate set-up or use of the product.
MGG Products offer a free telephone consult service 0800 449 669 with our
experienced staff. We are here to help clarify anything you are unsure about or
to talk you through the product set-up/use.
2. Damage caused by wear and tear
3. Damage caused by improper use or lack of maintenance
4. Any situation where the product is not able to be returned to MGG Products
for a technician’s inspection
5. Product failure due to incorrect set-up or overcharging of the batteries
beyond the time-limit specified in the instruction manual.
SPECIAL WARNING. Electronic dog training collars
are not suitable for swimming or for use at or near the sea where there is
highly corrosive salt in the water and in the atmosphere. Damage
caused by such corrosion will not be covered under warranty. Whilst use in salty air conditions is
entirely at the owner’s risk, damage can be limited by a thorough cleaning
after each use.
Returns policy
Returning your product
Products within the warranty period must be returned with a completed Returns Authorisation Form. Please ensure that the product is appropriately packaged. Warranty does NOT cover damage in transit due to inadequate packaging.

Return of goods is at the customer’s expense.
On receipt of goods, you will receive an email to confirm the product has
arrived and is under a review process.
Repaired or replaced goods will be returned to the customer at MGG Product’s
expense.
Warranty is only
provided to the original purchaser and is not transferrable to any other party.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MGG be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits.

By agreeing to our terms and conditions you are agreeing to join our mailing list to receive product offers from MGG Products. We do not pass your details onto 3rd parties and if you wish to be removed from our mailing list you can either contact us directly to request your email address be removed or simply click on the unsubscribe link within the email newsletter itself.
